  • Do you travel to other area's?
    Yes, we go everywhere, but we charge a standard travel fee for areas outside of phoenix

  • What is necessary to book an event?
    A signed contract and %50 non-refundable deposit is required; the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

  • Do we customize the strips or flipbook for your event?
    Yes, the header and footer of the photo strips, the cover of the flipbook will be designed by us for your event based on your ideas and requests.
     

  • Do we get to have all the photo's from the booth?
    Yes, a CD of all the photos will be sent to you after your event, we can also do a DVD Slideshow of photos, and a DVD of all videos made in the FlipBook Studio.
     

  • Is the time to set up or take down the booth or studio part of the time we booked for the event?
    No, the hours you booked will be operational time only, the time it takes for us to get everything ready is included and does not come out of the time you paid for.
